1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping — $3.00

Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after processing.

Free on all orders of $50.00 or more. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order subtotal meets the minimum threshold.

Express Shipping — $5.00

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

A flat rate of $5.00 applies to all express orders regardless of order value. Express shipping is not eligible for free shipping promotions.

3. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Please account for order processing time (1–3 business days) in addition to the estimated shipping window.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. Once your order leaves our facility, title and risk of loss passes to you.

4. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order at any time by visiting your account page or contacting us directly.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@barestclub.com.

5. Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations on your property. Carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before physical arrival.

If your package cannot be located after 5 business days from the marked delivery date, please contact us at support@barestclub.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Barest Club is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@barestclub.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that address corrections can be made once an order has been processed or shipped. Barest Club is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@barestclub.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
