1. Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@barestclub.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

We take full responsibility for items that arrive in unsatisfactory condition and will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods — food, flowers, plants, or similar items
  • Custom or personalized products — special orders made to specification
  • Personal care goods — beauty products, hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials — flammable liquids, gases, or restricted substances
  • Sale items — items purchased at a discounted promotional price
  • Gift cards

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a new, separate order for the desired item.

5. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To exercise this right, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the credit to your account.
